Roaming in Portugal

I arrived in Portugal on 1 June 2023 and no phone service. Reboots, manual network selection, automatic selection after a sim reseat.. nothing works. Been trying to contact Virgin Support online thro my wifi, my account page, their support page and chat app. Nobody has got back to me. Can't find a whatsApp number for Irish tech support. Useless! In London in January I had phone service but no data. I think they managed to fix it on my last day there. Any ideas?

Hey Discodave2700, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community I am so sorry to hear this.

Please can you confirm if you are part of Virgin Media Ireland, if so we only look after the UK on this forum sorry.

However I would check to make sure the app is fully updated, roaming is turned on and allowed and it also turned on in the phones settings. Thanks
