Not getting data roaming in Portugal -- ok in UK when good enough signal
All settings set on Samsung S5 correctly set and preferred provider is NOS.
Mostly able to use WiFi but nothing being received outside a wifi zone
Calls and text ok
Any help appreciated
First thing to check is if data roaming is turned on in your phone settings. It's easy to miss.

Yep - just re-checked and it is on
International call barring is off and
Premium call barring on
