Roaming in Gaudeloupe

Hello, having transited through Paris in France (where my roaming worked correctly) I am now in Guadeloupe but my roaming service thinks I’m in the USA.

Searching the forum shows @gregenia had a similar issue: “Bad roaming location on ‎14-12-2021 04:11”

Please advise.

Hi,

I’ve continued to receive the same “welcome to the USA” carrier message, as well as the troubleshooting “text ALL to 789922” message.

I have reset my mobile data network settings and installed the profile I received from 789922, neither has helped.

I tried calling the helpline in the “welcome to the USA” message but it fails to connect. Calling my partner’s phone also fails to connect.
