Is virgin intending to bring back roaming charges for data use abroad in EU in line with what other providers seem to be doing.

Currently neither Virgin Mobile or O2 have announced plans to do so, so unless that changes the charges and coverage for roaming remain the same.

Thanks for posting your question regarding data roaming charges in the EU. Just to confirm, there are currently no announced plans to bring back data roaming charges for use abroad.
