Roaming abroad

Hi I’m in Spain (from the Uk) Ava virgin promised me that my second trip abroad which is this one my sim would be active!! And it’s not and I’m stuck in Spain having to use wifi and unable to make calls…. Please help!! I can’t even call them

Do you have a 0 spend cap set for your number?

Let us know if so as sometimes this can affect roaming abroad.

Have you manually tried selecting a different network to the one you are on at present? There are reports that Movistar does not work

the problem I had was on the iPhone I needed to click international roaming which I wasn’t informed off… not to worry I’m up and running and really appreciate your response 🙂
