So I have arrived and virgin mobile just not working. I may have barred roaming on ap or something because last trip abroad was Far East so no free roaming.
I can’t remember my account password and as far as I can see when trying to retrieve password they send you a text which I can’t get grrr worse thing is it’s free roaming
my other account with Vodaphone working fine.
any suggestions ??

Sorry to see you have no working mobile in Gran Caneria, usually we would advise checking your online account to ensure roaming is active but as you have already stated you are unable to check this due to log in issues I will send you a PM to check this for you.
