How hard should it be to return a IMO Go mobile router and a sim card within the 14 days return policy ? I have rang 3 times to arrange a jiffy bag to be delivered for collection of equipment waited in on given dates ( after being fobbed off with some lame excuse why it hadn't arrived on said dates ) and still no jiffy bag !!!! customer service ...what a joke, so it looks like i'm stuck with something that i don't need and paying for it despite my attempts to have it collected !!!!
