Restricted website access when on mobile data

Hi,

I’m unable to access my betting account website when on mobile data. I can only access when on Wi-Fi.

the below message pops up.

“Safari cannot open the page because
it could not establish a secure
connection to the server.”

It is just a matter of ticking an option from our side.

I can look into this for you. 
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great.

Sorry to hear that accessing the betting website. Are all 18+ websites effected, or is it just one in particular?

This may be a case of 18+ content being disabled on your mobile account.

all 18+ content is blocked. So yes , looking like 18+ has been disable on my account. 

do you access to my profile to prove my d.o.b to rectify

@Gareth_L I'm experiencing this same issue - “Safari cannot open the page because it could not establish a secure connection to the server.” or "ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR" please help me get this sorted.
