Hi, im having issues with my network since 2 weeks now and it does not improve. Network is very restricted and the same goes with internet, outside or inside, same problem.I see that lots of people are having problem with virgin mobile recently but nothing changes. it shows Vodafone uk on my phone on and off. Ive change my settings from 5G/LTE/3G/2G to LTE/3G/2G and it seams that it works now everywhere( i still must to check at work). Why is there such a poor coverage for 5G? is it going to change at some point?

thanks for the reply. I've double checked and it seems that the issue is caused of the limited 5g coverage around my area,unfortunately.

Thank you for coming back to us with an update, sorry to hear there is a limited 5g connection in your area, the network is constantly updating the mast's, and I am sure this will be the case in your area ASAP.
