Thanks for that. I have followed the steps and installed the profile.
Unfortunately i still get very poor reception in the office. My colleagues on EE/ Vodaphone etc get 4g with speeds 50mb+... whereas I am usually getting EDGE or 4g with speeds less than 1mb.
I am near the end of my contract so I will leave Virgin unless I can get something sorted soonest.

Is this issue happening in one particular area or various locations?

You need to find out if you have any colleagues on O2 and what they get.
Virgin use O2 now

Are you experiencing problems with your mobile service wherever you go, or only when you're in the office?
If it's the latter, please head here and search for the post code of where you work. It'll then state if there are any issues with the mast(s) in that area.

normally Im using iphone 8. i have just tried the sim in an android samsung a30e. same problem - speedtest of 4G less than 1mb.
Conclusion - Service from virgin is the problem.
im in the middle of the city of london indoors, EC2R 6DA...
i think if we are struggle for signal here... there is not much hope elsewhere!
i would like to leave virgin without an early exit charge, is that possible pls?
