I have an issue with either my phone or sim that is saying on my device that no sim detected all of a sudden a day before my new upgraded plan. I was told I would need a new sim so a new sim was not sent out with the phone. I rang virgin yesterday and they said they will try send a replacement but I told me wouldn't receive it until next week after the weekend. They said I can pick it up from my local virgin store which I said yes. ...do I need I.D to go pick it up as they didn't tell me on the phone if I needed too?? I don't have any I.d so if yes is there another way?
