Replacement sim no signal

Lost sim replaced this week. Organised via text service.

The sim they sent has not initialised the way it should and I have no signal. I have since tried the text service to get them to correct the problem but they are too busy and keep sending automated apologies for the delay in replying to my request for help.

 

I can see I am not the only one to suffer this sim issue.

Can someone from Virgin help me get this sim working please?.

Update..... after reading some of the replies on this forum I went to look for an activation button on my mobile account.

 

Result success, case closed.
