I got a new handset and after removing the sim from my current phone found it had been burned.
I could not find an option on my online account to order a new one but searching for an answer found somebody here may be able to help.
Quickest way is phone. 789 from another Virgin phone 150 from a Virgin landline or
0345 6000 789 from elsewhere

I'm sorry to hear your SIM card has been burned whilst in your handset, that's not good to hear.
