Hello,
I understand I need to call a phone number for a replacement Sim Card but mine has stopped working (was working fine this morning) and I now obviously cant call to replace it because it wont connect.
I've tried both sim card trays with no luck and an older sim i used to have which the phone does see when inserted. So I'm pretty confident the Sim Card has just broken for some reason.
Is it possible to order one through the website here?

That might be the case - but normally you would need to activate the SIM from your old SIM - it advises on this within the packaging it came in.

I can confirm the SIM wasn't activated - I have now done this for you, it usually takes a couple of moments but can take up to 24 hours.
I would advise you to reboot your phone with the new SIM inside and it should be working.
