Hello,
I understand I need to call a phone number for a replacement Sim Card but mine has stopped working (was working fine this morning) and I now obviously cant call to replace it because it wont connect.
I've tried both sim card trays with no luck and an older sim i used to have which the phone does see when inserted. So I'm pretty confident the Sim Card has just broken for some reason.
Is it possible to order one through the website here?

We can get this ordered for you, however keep in mind that SIM cards are delivered by royal mail and we are entering holiday season so delivery times maybe slower. I've sent you a private message to confirm your mobile account details.
