I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your replacement SIM for your iPad. Have you been able to activate the SIM successfully as per the activation instructions that would have been sent with the SIM?
Was the SIM you had prior to the replacement one working OK or did you need to have it replaced for the same reason?
