I am sorry to hear that you have been having some issues getting a replacement sim. 

 

As it has been a few days since your post,  are you able to let me know if you have managed to sort the sim out?  If not I can get it sorted from here.

I was Off Line for a few days - so No not yet resolved

My agent in UK - at address I sent you hasn't received the replacement SIM  -  We allowed extra long case of processing difficulties due to C-19 etc.
