I lost my phone 5 days ago. I contacted Virgin customer service to block. They told me they will send replacement SIM. Phone handed in and so called back to have the block removed. Was not advised re the replacement SIM. After 3 days still not able to send/receive texts or make calls decided to insert the replacement SIM. As told usually quick called customer service next morning. They said the SIM is activated but phone is blocked. She removed block and advised can take up to 24 hours to get service. Now 22.5 hours and no service. I am quite stressed.
