Many apologies for hijacking forum. I have lost my mobile phone and am struggling to contact customer services for a replacement sim as I am unable to ring and there aren't any high street stores.
Could you please help me get a replacement sim?

I am so sorry to hear that you have unfortunately lost your mobile handset. Before we proceed with helping you with your replacement SIM card, have you reported your missing/lost handset yet so it can be blacklisted? Was it a handset that you purchased directly from us, or from a third party?
