Hi I am having problems trying to register with virgin mobile I am being asked online for a security password but do not remember setting this up when we got the SIM.
There is no hint as to what the security question is so I cannot answer. Can someone please contact me to sort this out.

I am sorry to hear you are unable to set up an online account, The password it is asking for is your memorable word, this is the one you use when you call in in regards to you account.
