Hi, I've just upgraded all my services to the Oomph bundle including my mobile. Question I have is how do i go about getting a refund of the money i paid in advance for airtime with my old contract. As i wont be using the credit on my account for at least 12 months. I would like it back. Can anybody assist me with this?
I have a contract phone and seperate airtime (30 days rolling sim). I always kept my airtime in credit. I have just upgraded to oomph sim as i still have my handset contract to pay off (3 months left). Thus my airtime balance was in credit by £9+. It has NOT been refunded to me.
