Refer a friend

I have today checked my refer a friend link in tellja to see it has changed from pending to unsuccessful!

My wife is using her Xs iPhone and has already paid one bill ... We used the link that was sent so have don't know why this has happened.

I was expecting the £100 cashback.

 

The account was activated within the 30 days mentioned and the correct link was used.

 

Can someone spoke on this.
