Hi, I can see this question's been raised before on these boards, but I'm hoping for advice/assistance specific to my issue.
I run a social club and we own a PAYG mobile on Virgin. Just discovered calls to it are not being connected and nor can I make calls.
I'd completely forgotten PAYG SIMs get deactivated after a period of non-use, and during lockdown we weren't using the phone for obvious reasons.
I'm pretty desperate to know if there's any way at all I can retrieve this phone number as we've just printed up a load of posters for our next event which have the number on!
If anyone can help me at all with this I'd be super grateful!
