I am facing a legal situation where I might need to get access to the recording of an incoming call.

Can someone advise me what is the procedure for this?

Do you mean a call that was made to us or a call that you received from somebody else?

Sorry danielucandrei, we dont record any personal calls. If the call had been from someone within our team or centre we could have retrieved it for you but we don't record any personal calls.

I also have some legal issues which need to have a record of my conversation from a hospital. Any advise how can I receive it? Is there any third party that can be helpful?
