Hi, traveling in the U.S. When I receive an incoming call instead of being connected to the caller, I get a beep, beep, beep sound and the call disconnects. Any ideas what is happening and how to fix? Thanks.

Hi @am15558,
Thank you for confirming.
Can you please let us know what phone model you're currently using? Is it an iPhone or an Android?
Let us know so we can help look into this issue further for you.
Thank you.

It is an iPhone X. Appreciate your help.

Thank you for that @am15558,
As you're using an iPhone, follow these steps: Settings > Phone > SIM Applications > Roaming > Mode > Manual > International. If you're using a newer iOS it'll be under Mobile Data instead of phone. Once this has been done, you might need to reboot. Let us know if this works for you and if you're able to receive phone calls.
If this does not work, please try putting your SIM card into another handset if one is available, to see if the same issue happens.
Thank you.
