Received unrequested new sim card

Have never used oomph sim as already existing virgin mobile customer. Have now received replacement sim. Can I just ignore this?

Hi @MaryAnne2

Thanks for posting. We only send SIM's when there has been network changes that would require a new SIM. If you're concerned we can have a look at this via PM. We'd recommend keeping the SIM card if you'd need it in the future. 

If you'd like to merge the package on the SIM's let us know and we can also look into that.
