Was due for an update and got a new Samsung from Virgin a couple of weeks ago.
Internet works + I can receive & send emails but cannot make/receive calls.
Please can you sort this problem?

Emails often take a very long time to download.
The blue bar at the top of the screen under 'search' sometimes keeps going across the screen from left to right for ages & I cannot read the email content.
PS - In/Out calls seem to be ok now though.

Can I just confirm is this on both Mobile data & WiFi?
Sometimes the only way to read the content of an email message is to click on 'Reply', only then does the content appear (on the reply email).
