Recaptcha loop logging in to Mobile Account

Can somebody please help me. There is a continuous Recaptcha loop either on signing in, resetting password, registering account. I have had Virgin Media Customer services reset my password twice on the phone and still I cannot access the account.

  The 'virgin Mobile' app works and is connected to my account.

I'm very sorry to hear about this. Is this happening on multiple devices? Have you been able to try different web browsers? We also recommend clearing your cookies and cache.

Yeah this is happening on multiple devices. Two separate phones, a tablet and a desktop. I haven't cleared cookies or cache yet or tried a different browser. I will try these later and update the results.
