Can somebody please help me. There is a continuous Recaptcha loop either on signing in, resetting password, registering account. I have had Virgin Media Customer services reset my password twice on the phone and still I cannot access the account.
The 'virgin Mobile' app works and is connected to my account.
Yeah this is happening on multiple devices. Two separate phones, a tablet and a desktop. I haven't cleared cookies or cache yet or tried a different browser. I will try these later and update the results.
