For me so far it is just Virgin Mobile OTP that doesn’t come through. You don’t offer an alternate way to authorise so I’m very stuck. Can’t create my account so can’t make changes, can’t view my bills, can’t do anything. Just going to leave to be honest, it’s a bit of a joke. Crazy that so many people have issues yet you still deny it is happening and cannot fix your own network. Yet we still have to carry on paying.
