Incoming calls rings cannot hear anyone

Could you please share the fix for this problem, my wife and I had the same problem in Majorca 4 weeks ago and got nowhere phoning 150, I added info regarding my experience with the problem to a post by Piemandan on 19/5 but there was no resolution. I appreciate that help of the Forum Team but is there no way that this common problem can be escalated to a Technical Support group via an official complaint?

Hi enlii,

My wife and I had this problem ( along with unable to hear incoming calls ) while in Majorca 4 weeks ago, I added info regarding the problem to a post by piemandan on 19/5 entitled "can't hear international calls" , it went unresolved. We transferred to Virgin Mobile the week before travelling and a Forum Team member confirmed that our Sims used the O2 network, it seems that problem still exists.
