RECHARGE

I am having problems getting the phone to work via the usb cable / phone port. Wireless charging works perfectly but there's an issue with the device port. I got the phone from you, how do I go about getting it fixed? I assume it is still under warrenty as I only got in in April?

Re: RECHARGE

You will have a long road ahead of you getting a charging port fixed under warranty- Might be better going to your local fixit store.

Re: RECHARGE

Hi Mole007,

Sorry that you're having issues with the handset charging, I bet you're keen to get it sorted.

The best thing to do first is try our Phone Fix tool here and follow the diagnostics, if needed it should allow you to book your handset in for repair yourself.

If you have any issues with this or would prefer us to run through the diagnostics with you from here then pop me a personal message and we'll take it from there.

Thanks 🙂

Re: RECHARGE

I have started the diagnostic tool. I've keyed in my IMEI number, it then asked me for the device colour from the drop down menu. I've selected the correct colour but the screen is not refreshing and moving on to the next question (s).

Re: RECHARGE

What make is it?  As stated it will be a difficult road via Virgin's repair company to get it fixed. almost always say it is down to customer misuse.

If Samsung or Apple go via their repair service.
