Proof of usage

Can I request a 'proof of usage' for my sim only contact, I need it for an insurance claim.

its been asked many times. VM has said many times they can not supply this all they can supply is a copy of the bill

That should be fine ... as long as it has the IMEI no. on the bill 🙂

I presume I merely wait for someone from Customer Services to reply?

Unfortunately we cant provide a proof of usage, we are only able to provide a proof of purchase for your handset, this will include the below information

 

 

  • The purchase date
  • The handset make & model
  • Order number
  • Mobile Phone Number
  • IMEI
  • Date that the customer reported the handset lost or stolen to us

Please let me know if you would like me to get this started and I can get the request sent over to you, I would need to take some information via a private message to do this. Please come back and let me know.

You can request a subject access request (sar). 

This has worked for others in the past.

IMEI number are not identifiable to a person. Only a device so not sure that will help and if they don't have it you wont get it
