Proof of usage for insurance claim

Can anyone help, I need proof of usage for an insurance claim, my phone was purchased from Virgin. I’ve offered to send a copy of my bills but the insurance company insist that I obtain proof of usage.

Sadly we would only provide the logs of the usage on your account, via the bills that are available via your self-care account

Do you have access to your self-care account to view and download your bills?
