Hi. I’m having a real problem with my phone calls cutting out about 1-1.5 minutes after I make them. This is on every call and it’s not my phone. I can’t get into my account to contact you or see how long my contract has left as the system won’t let me type in my new password when I’m trying to reset. This is all very upsetting as I have poorly family members at the moment, cannot make outgoing phone calls over 1 minute length and cannot sort through my account.
