I am having problems whilst on a call they can hear me but I can't hear them I have recently got a 5g phone does my sim need upgrading I am on the umph package and get free sim

I am sorry to hear you are having this problem. Can I ask if you have tried the SIM in another handset to see if this makes any difference?
