I have changed over to Virgin, ported my number and have had texts confirming it has been moved over and I can use it. Was told to go into my number and change it to my ported one, but the number does not stay and save. Cannot use my imessage either. Is there a solution to get my phone running with my ported number?

Just to check - did the port go through today? Have you tried it with just 07 instead of +44?

I'm not sure why it's not saving.
Just to double check you're doing: Settings>Phone>My number? Can you try and reboot your handset and then try it?

If you call someone that's with you if possible - does the number come through as your new or old?
