It does seem that this is a premium text scam. I would recommend blocking the number to ensure that you do not receive any texts going forward. You can read more about How to Deal with Fraudulent Calls and other Scams on our website. We would recommend blocking the number if they are contacting you on your Mobile phone as this is the easiest way blocking access to your number from the scammers.
