hi, so I've recently joined VM from plusnet. I went through the porting process and when I message my old plusnet shows but when I make calls, my new VM number shows. This has been going on for over a week now and i have called VM many times and they don't really know what to do either. Please can I know what should be done about this.

As you haven't ported your number that is a mystery. Check your messaging app that it has the right number.

Thank you! Do you by any chance know how I can solve this out? I've called VM several times they don't know what the issue is unfortunately.

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue with your port in.
I have been able to locate your account and can see you have spoken with the team and they have raised this to our IT Team.
At this point we would need to wait for them to investigate this.
