Hi There,
I was using lyca and last month switched to virgin keeping my old number but unfortunately I won’t able to retain my number for iMessage or iCloud. On my device the mobile number says different.
I’ve tried to reach customer support couple of times but no luck. Can you please help me with this.

Not sure if Virgin send them out (one programmed with just your new number would do)
It's something we recommend to O2 customers with the same problem as O2 stores carry a stock which they programme on site.

I reset my phone and it solved the problem.
A full reset I mean not a restart.
