Ported Number not completed on Mobile

Hi, I ported my old number across from my O2 contract to a new virgin mobile contract last Friday and I still cannot receive calls or text messages. I can make calls and send messages but not receive any. 

Customer services just fob me off and said it will be completed by midnight...last night. Today they told me it will be done by this evening...still waiting. 

I have dependants, what if someone needs to get hold of me in an emergency, I can't even set up whatsapp as you need to receive texts. 

PLEASE can someone investigate this and get it sorted ASAP.
