Poor reception

Hello.  Just lately - the past few weeks, the reception on my mobile phone has become just awful.  If I want to have a conversation with anyone, I have to move out into the garden or, at the very least, to a window at the front of my house.

Your reception used to be perfect.  Has something changed?  What can I do to get better reception?

Hard to say as more information would be required. 

It's possible the move from EE to Vodafone has taken place for you. Then again it could be simply network problems
