What has happened to the network? 3 g most of the time, 4g which now appears to be slower that 3g (3hg being completely unusable). Fully expecting to be on WAP soon. The 5g feels no quicker than 4g. Signal drops off all the time when people on other networks have full coverage. It’s driving me mad, iPhone up to date with the last eat software. Such a poor service kills the battery, been a customer for years and the service level is now the worst it has ever been.

For how long?
If you do a manual network search which networks are listed?

Hi S09pub,
Thank you for posting in our community forum. Sorry to see you are having issues with your network coverage. Have you tried checking coverage by clicking this link. Is it just data signal that is causing the issue? Have you tried another handset? How long has the issue been happening? Have you tried a reboot and a manual network search? Please let us know as we are here to help.
Thank you.

The signal is intermittent to poor from Eden park to London charring cross so please choose which ever post-codes you want. It will make no difference, the change has happened in the service being provided as these issues were no where near as bad before. Bought the latest phone and find myself on edge or 3g and not the 5g the phone is capable of

Thank you for your information S09pub, we really do appreciate it and understand your frustration. Have you tried another handset as we are trying to identify if the issue is with the handset or with our SIM/the network. Please let us know.
Thank you.
