At the end of June I was given the opportunity to upgrade one of my phones.
At the time of upgrade I was on a £6 a month plan.
I asked for an Apple iphone 7. I had the phone for 2 days and sent it back as I was not pleased with the screen size etc. On the piece of paper that came with it congratulating me for choosing the phone it quoted the plan for the iphone....1GB unlimited mins...£6.
On getting my bill for July the plan had changed to £7...??
On calling the HELP centre (there's a misnomer if there ever was one) I was told that the £6 plan no longer existed..??
So how come the iphone was going on the £6 plan?
Been with Virgin for an awfully long time....me thinks they are taking the mick.
Sorry to hear about your plan changes and for any inconvenience it caused. I've had a look at your details and can see that the £6 for 1GB data is no longer available I'm afraid 😞 We're always updating our tariffs so we can't guarantee the same one will be available if you do change and I'm sorry about this.
