Phoning a Bit Digital house number

Hi i have been unable to call a bit digital home phone every time I try It just comes up as call ended and does not even ring. This only happens when I use my virgin mobile to call a new bt digital house number I can call any other number . This is becoming such a problem to get in touch with folks at home as they only use the landline

Hi mikeseton79,

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to hear you are unable to call a BT Digital home landline number from your Mobile, if you have the number saved on the phone can you try removing it and try calling it manually  just in case accidentally blocked.

Thanks for the response . I've tried your suggestion but alas I still have same issue and it's only the BT digital landline numbers I will try calling technical support

I am sorry I didn't have another fix, I have looked online also and didn't find any answers for this, I would advise reaching out to BT. ^PDe
