My wife’s mobile does not work abroad. It is the second year in a row that we can’t get it to work. We even called before we left and thought everything was set up.
Roaming is turned on and international call baring is turned off on the account.
We can’t seem to send an email or chat with anyone from Virgin to get this fixed. Reluctant to call from abroad. Could anyone suggest a fix? Could we have missed a setting on the phone? The phone is a Sony Xperia.
