Phone won’t call anyone

Hi,

when me and my partner are trying to call people it says to contact 789, but it won’t let me dial 789 either or customer service! 

i am losing the world to live and have no other phones In the house and have a business to run, can someone point me in the right direction

Sorry to hear that you're unable to make any calls on neither yours' nor your partner's mobiles.  For future reference you may be able to check your online account to see if there's any reason why you may not be able to use your service.  Also, you can view all of our contact options here.  However, I would like to take a look from here to see if we can help you resolve the issue.  I am going to send you a private message.  Please look out for the purple envelope in the top right of your screen.
