Phone signal

Virgin is with EE ....why don't I have any signal and when I do get thtouth people can't hear me it's all bitty

Sorry that you're having some issues with your signal, I can appreciate you're keen to know why. 

Are you having problems with the signal in all locations? 

Which handset are you using?

Is the line bad just when you're called or when you're calling out?

It's normally at-home making calls noone can here me oroits all bitty.I'm out away from home at the moment and I have 3 bars I get 1 if I'm lucky at home

I did have a ee booster when with ee but hot rid of it as thought I was changing network to virgin
