i have not been able to make calls for 3 weeks now on my mobile. I have no other means of calling virgin to get help.
I have as researched done everything suggested. Even got a new phone and changed the SIM card to it.
everytime I make a call it does not ring and I hear the not engaged tone.
I need help to sort this out but am unable to call virgin for any support as I can’t call anyone.
Any help would be much appreciated
