My phone keeps cutting out on any call I make.
Screen goes on to say 'Call Failed' even though I get through and even start talking.
I have enabled wifi calling but it is the same.
I cannot ring Virgin Mobile to ask what is happening.
It is the same on my son's phone.
Any suggestions?
Very frustrating that there is no web chat and that the assumption is one can just call. That's the very thing I cannot do!
I have many calls to make (including my house and car insurance renewal which is due) and need it sorted out, but how on earth do I do this without a phone?

Hi @e1morris thanks for posting and welcome to our community.
Sorry to hear that you're having issues when making calls. Have you by any chance got your dial assist activated on your handsets? If so would you please attempt to switch that off and then attempt to make a call?
