Hi there,
yesterday I had a call from a virgin media team and we discussed to have another call today at 6pm it’s now 6:04, they called me at 5pm but I was at work and we agreed we would call at 6:00pm!! I can’t call back to them, I’m in desperate need of the phone we were in the process of getting but it’s now getting delayed even more when we agreed a certain time! Will they call me back soon or am I having to chase them??
